Do you offer social sharing as well as physical prints of the photos?
Yes - and both are included in our rates! The LiveFoto set up prints two identical high-quality photo strips with every pass through the booth, plus you can choose to either have us upload a public set onto facebook, or have us send you a link to a private, password-protected gallery online.
Can I have my name/logo/text printed on the photo strips?
Yes - and it's free! Just send us what you want printed on the photo strips, and we'll set it up so that your message appears at the very bottom of each strip, below the 4 photos.
Does LiveFoto require a deposit to rent?
Yes - to fully reserve your date, we require a refundable deposit of 50% of the total rate.
What do the LiveFoto photo strips look like?
The photo strips print from our high-end photo printer onto photo stock paper for unsurpassed quality. Each pass through the booth produces two duplicate copies of the 2" x 6" photo strip.
Are the photos available digitally?
Yes - you have the option to either receive a disk with all the digital copies, or to have them shared online - or both, no extra charge.
Is everything really included in the hourly rate?
Yes - unlimited photos and prints, attendant service, prop rental, set up and breakdown time, and travel within San Francisco are all included. Travel outside the city of SF and custom backdrops require additional charges, please contact us for details.
Do guests have to put money in the booth?
No - Rental rates include unlimited free photos for your guests.
Do you have an attendant on site?
Yes - We always provide a qualified attendant for the entire event.
How much space will I need at my event?
For the set up you see in the pictures on this site, we recommend about a 10' x 10' area, preferably against a wall or in a corner. However, we can set up in a space as small as 6' x 6' when necessary. We can even operate outdoors on battery power! Please contact us with any specific venue-related questions, and we'll make it work for you.
